REFUNDS: I do not give refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your candle, please contact me specifically at lounarosecandleco@gmail.com and we can try to fix the issue.

RETURNS: I value my customers so if something isn't right then please reach out so we can correct it. 

SHIPPING: I am from a small town so the only way I can ship out is through Canada Post. I offer a flat rate at $15 to anywhere in Canada and free shipping on orders $100 or more. You can also use Local pickup or Delivery at checkout,  if you live on the Sunshine Coast.

POLICIES: Louna Rose is NOT responsible for the misuse of your candle. Candle care instructions are provided on the front page of this website as well as in your package when you receive it. I value my customers and should you be dissatisfied then please reach out so I can make it right.
